Returning a Faulty Product (Hassle-Free & Free of Charge!)

If you received a faulty item, don’t worry! We’ll replace it for free within 180 days.

What to Do:

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at support@pinkhump.co.uk with:
    • Your order number
    • brief description of the issue
    • Photos or a short video (if possible)
  2. Troubleshooting Support: Our experts will guide you through quick checks (sometimes, there’s an easy fix!).
  3. Fast Replacement: If the product is confirmed faulty, we’ll provide full instructions to return it – at no cost to you!

⚠️ Please Note: We do not cover faults caused by:

  • Accident, neglect, or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Failure to follow usage instructions

Important:

  • Please include all packaging, manuals, and accessories (even for faulty items).
  • Make sure the product is clean before sending it back.

 

Returning an Unused Product (Change of Mind)

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return unopened, unused, and undamaged items within 30 days.

How It Works:

  1. Pack the item securely, ensuring all original packaging, leaflets, and instructions are included.
  2. Contact us at support@pinkhump.co.uk to arrange the return.
  3. Who Covers the Cost? If the return is due to a change of mind, a small return fee may apply.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
❌ Lingerie (unless faulty)
❌ Used adult toys (unless faulty)
❌ Free promotional items (unless faulty)

Refunds & Processing Times

  • Once we receive your return, we will process it within 3-5 days, though it’s usually much faster!
  • Refunds take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Want a faster resolution? Opt for store credit instead of a refund and use it instantly on a new order!
